『春のBAR街』がいよいよ準備段階に入った。今回で１１回目を迎えて、気分を一新。
第一回目のBAR街が、『スペイン料理フォーラム』だったことにもう一度想いを馳せて、今回は翌日から二日間にわたっての『世界料理学会』を開催することになった。
『スペインフォーラム』では東京ドームホテルの鎌田シェフ・小笠原伯爵邸総料理長のホセ・料理評論家で『美味しゅうございます』の岸・赤坂離宮の譚総料理長の諸氏を始め、スペインのプラヤ・クルプ料理長ミケル・アルゼンチンでスペイン料理を提供する大野・・・・。数多くの料理人が集い、料理について熱く語った。
それから５年。今年は気鋭の料理人たちによる、料理人のための学会発表の場にしようという考えだ。
いずれにも関わりを持つ身としては、４月１９日２０日２１日と三日間にわたって繰り広げられるこのイベントに、些か荷の重さを感じてはいるが、多くの人々に知ってもらい、参加してもらいたいのである。
発表者は総勢１６～１８名に及ぶ勢いで、スペイン・コロンビア・アルゼンチン・神戸・東京・弘前・札幌地元函館・真狩////etc・・・。
まだ、正式発表ではないが、どうせこのブログを観ている御仁
は少なかろうから・・・・・・。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
